Joel Moffett is the ATNI Natural Resources Policy Coordinator and Co-Organizer of the 2018 Changing Currents Tribal Water Summit this May 9-10 at the University of Washington, Intellectual House. This upcoming summit will shape tribal water policy for Washington state.
